We had wood floors installed by 3rd Gen Flooring last December and we were so thrilled we had them come back to do our stairs…we couldn’t be happier. They do such beautiful work. They are so respectful of our home. It could be such a mess with all the sanding yet when they left each evening they left it in perfect condition! They are perfect too it’s and it shows in their work. They are simply the best. Testimonial written by Jacci Lightfoot on this site.

They were communicative, friendly, respectful. They worked around my schedule and kept me informed about theirs. They were really clear about explaining how to care for the floors, both during the process and in the future. And the floors are GORGEOUS. Testimonial submitted anonymously directly to this site.

I live in a old 1926 school, with original hard wood floors. These guys did a great job making them beautiful again. Testimonial submitted anonymously directly to this site.

The guys at 3rd Gen took on a unique challenge with my repurposed skating rink turned ballroom and rose to the occasion. Everyone loves the dance floor. Trust me when I say that dancers know when a floor is done right. Whatever your project, these guys will work hard to make it spectacular.
